By using this Site and placing orders through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services. Accessing the Site in any manner constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Custom Order Terms
Important: Please Read Before Placing Your Order
All products manufactured by Frontline Coins USA are custom-made to your exact specifications. The following terms govern all orders placed through our website or quote request process.
Artwork Approval & Production:
Production of your custom order will not begin until you have formally approved your artwork proof. Once you approve your artwork and payment has been received in full, your order enters production immediately. This approval is your confirmation that the design is correct, complete, and ready to manufacture.
Please review all artwork proofs carefully before approving. Frontline Coins USA is not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including but not limited to spelling, sizing, color selection, or design placement.
No-Refund Policy:
Due to the fully custom nature of every product we manufacture, all sales are final and non-refundable once artwork has been approved and payment has been received. We invest significant time and resources into your design and production process, and custom items cannot be resold or repurposed.
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part that differs from your approved artwork, we will work with you to make it right at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Frontline Coins USA is committed to fulfilling every order we accept. Once your order ships, we will provide you with your tracking information and carrier details. We ship worldwide and will keep you informed throughout the production and shipping process.
Estimated production times are provided at the time of your quote. Frontline Coins USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Minimum Order Quantity:
A minimum order quantity of 50 pieces applies to all custom products unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of your quote.
Design Services:
Frontline Coins USA provides free design services, including unlimited design revisions, as part of your order. Design work begins after your quote is confirmed. Submitting reference artwork, logos, or sketches with your quote request helps us deliver your proof faster.
2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Frontline Coins USA SMS Program
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends order-related notifications to customers who have requested a quote or placed an order with Frontline Coins USA through our website at frontlinecoinsusa.com and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. Opt-in is collected via our web quote forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include quote confirmations, artwork approval notifications, production updates, shipping tracking information, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your opt-out via SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-opt in. To rejoin, submit a new quote request form and select the SMS consent option.
3. Support Information: If you experience any issues with our messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at info@frontlinecoinsusa.com or 443-324-3900 during regular business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency varies based on your order activity and service usage. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.
8. Privacy Policy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding SMS communications.
3. Intellectual Property

We may also use completed product photos for our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontline Coins USA disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Frontline Coins USA issues invoices directly to customers. By submitting payment, you confirm your acceptance of your approved artwork and your understanding of our no-refund policy on custom orders.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Maryland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the current effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
